Whenever I have moved house, I have almost always been disappointed with the quality of photography that is produced on estate agents publicity, and that is the very reason I have always supplied my own images when selling a property.
Surely, if agents want more people ‘through the door’ than their competitors, the images in the brochure or on the internet, both exterior and interior, are the very first point of contact that any potential buyer has with a property, and excellent photography will make that property stand apart. In order to enhance the variety of images, I have recently acquired an aerial drone, capable of HD stills and video photography, which I shall be using in the near future.
Below are a variety of projects that I have undertaken for individuals, who are either selling or letting their property and who want them to be exhibited at their very best.
Below are images to demonstrate the difference between how the camera will record the actual subject (the standard estate agent’s photograph) and the improvement that can be made through photoshop without losing the integrity of the subject.

Below are the estate agent's own images as they appeared on their website. After six months and with three viewings, I was asked by the owners to photograph the property and the results can be seen alongside the agent's originals.
